As a professional artist, or as an amature artist aspiring to one day be, as in any profession, change is necessary in order to stimulate necessary growth and sometime innovation in the industry. Change helps keep your skills fresh and to also stay relevant culturally with the times.
In our first lesson from Anne called the Art of Wisdom, we focus on change. Change inspires innovation and when we find the courage to create bold change in our lives, we are often times rewarded with an abundance of gifts and experiences one might never have imagined before.
You have to make the change. Think about this, if you always do what you always did, you will always get what you always got. So where is the change. Now. The point of power is NOW. Right now. Once you have that positive thought, then you will put it into action. You need the energy to put into your wishes, to make them a reality. The challenge lies in changing what you do. You are the only one who can. The longest journey starts with the first step. You need to get out of your comfort zone, and that is where the challenge is. Make yourself uncomfortable.
Divine Guidance and Making the Change
The inspiration for the oil painting “Divine Guidance” was the miracles of the Lord when one does their own work to rid themselves of bad habits and create positive habits and a new direction forward.
